Terms and Conditions

1. Goods will not be handed to purchaser until payment of the purchased item is paid in full

2. No refunds on custom/special order items or sale items

3. No exchanges, refunds, replacements or repairs will be given for goods where imperfections in the goods are caused by the purchaser treating the goods in an abnormal manner or where the purchaser causes the quality of the goods to become unacceptable 

4. Purchaser details may be stored by Watch Exchange for internal communications and marketing purposes only. Any information stored will not be provided to any external parties

5. Watch Exchange warranty does NOT cover - Normal wear and tear, damage arising from servicing/repairing not done by a Watch Exchange authorised agent, Abuse (such as dropping or hitting the watch, exposure of a non water-resistant products to wet conditions etc)

6. Watch Exchange at its absolute discretion, can amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
