I am interested in one of your watches. How do I view/buy?

We are so excited you found your dream watch! All our watches are available for viewing in our store in Westfield Bondi Junction in Jacobsons Jewellery on Level 5 next to Kmart. No need to make an appointment we are open Monday to Sunday from 10am-6pm.

If you can’t visit us we are available on email and phone everyday to answer your questions and concerns.

I am interested in selling my watch. Do you buy/trade?

We certainly do! Contact our team through phone or email with some images and details of your watch and we can let you know if we are interested in your watch.

How does consignment work?

We would gladly accept your watch for consignment. We usually work off a 8-15% commission fee. We will work with you to figure out a fair price that both parties will be happy with.

What services do you provide?

We provide an authenticity service in store, battery replacements, polishing/cleaning, servicing and over-hauls of most watch brands.

For over 15 years we have been specialising in exceptional custom diamond setting for our clients. Using only high graded natural diamonds we are well known for transforming a time piece. If you have a watch you would like to add some bling to we can provide you with a quote over the phone, email or in store.

How do I know the watch is authentic?

With over 30 years of experience in the jewellery and second hand watch industry our expert team members take great care in precisely examining and verifying any watch that enters our premises and are extremely confident in the products we sell.

Does the watch come with box and papers?

Most of our watches come with the original full box and paper set. In some cases we are only provided with service/authenticity paperwork or a pouch, but we will always give you details of the watch before hand.

What payment options do you accept?

We are now accepting all types of Cryptocurrency! We accept bank transfers and all card types, but some cards do incur a surcharge fee.

What warranty do you offer?

We provide 1 year warranty on all our watches that have exceeded the brand warranty for internal issues only. We are here to have a long lasting relationship with you whether you are looking for a new watch, repairs or any queries so feel free to be in touch with us.

Do you ship?

We absolutely do ship domestically and internationally. For our domestic shipments we use fully insured overnight courier services to reach you anywhere across Australia. For our International shipments we use FedEx insured postage but do not take any responsibility for any taxes, custom fees and additional insurance fees you may incur upon delivery.

Which watches are available?

Watches on our site with prices are all currently available. If you happen to like a watch that is not available we can provide you with a quote to source/order it in for you.
