How do I buy a watch?
Congrats on finding your dream watch! It's a pleasure we can facilitate this for you.
You're more than welcome to pop in to one of our stores to purchase the watch or if you're not local, we can ship/deliver the watch to you.
Do you buy watches?
Yes! We certainly do. We also offer consignment.
Our experienced staff will appraise and assess your watch to determine its value. Price is determined by age, condition and market demand.
If you are thinking of selling your watch, please get in contact with one of our staff who can help you.
How does consignment work?
If you're not in a rush and want to maximise value, consignment is a great way to sell your watch.
First, we assess your watch condition, determine fair market value and set your reserve price together. We handle everything else; display it in store with walking traffic, listings online, inquiries, negotiations etc. Once we have your approval to sell it, we take a small commission and you receive the instant pay out.
Want to take it back? We don't charge any additional fees. You're not locked in.
We are flexible with our commission, we want to work with you and build a lasting relationship beneficial to both parties.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency. We do offer some payment plans and lay-by as well.
How do I know the item I am purchasing is authentic?
Our watches go through a rigorous inspection and authentication process before it's listed for sale. Majority of the watches sold also come with the original brand manufacture warranty paperwork, guaranteeing 100% authenticity. Transparency is of upmost importance to us is reflected in our reputation.
With over 35 years in the high end jewellery and watch industry our master watch experts are highly skilled and regularly inspect watches.

Can I view the watch before purchasing?
Absolutely. We know how important it is to not only be able to physically see the watch before making a huge financial decision - but maybe you want to try on the watch to see if it's actually the right watch for YOU!
Our flagship store is located on Level 5 Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction inside Jacobsons Jewellery.
Our newly opened boutique on the ground level of The Strand Arcade Sydney CBD on George Street.

Do you ship?
Yes, we do ship watches.
We ship domestically in Australia and internationally, using insured courier services like Fedex TNT, Ferrari Logistics and more. Price of shipping is determined by the value of the shipment and distance. Quotations are available prior to delivery.
Do you repair watches?
Yes, we do. Servicing, refurbishments, battery replacements, pressure testing, polishing, cleaning, link adjustments - we do it all! Bring your watch in for a quotation.
Do your watches come with warranty? What does it cover?
If the watch has exceeded brand warranty, we supply you 1 year warranty for all our watches. This covers internal issues such as if it's running too slow or fast, manufacture defects etc.
Do you customise watches?
Yes! We specialise in diamond setting and started the watch diamond setting game in Australia over 20 years ago.
