Applicant declaration. You declare that all information provided in this application is true and correct, and authorise Watch Exchange and/or its nominated lender to make such enquiries as are reasonably necessary to assess this application, including credit checks and verification of employment and financial details.

Refundable deposit. Upon submission of this application, a refundable deposit of AUD $750 is payable, as consideration for processing the application and reserving the product. The deposit is refunded in full if the finance application is declined, or applied toward the purchase price if the purchase is completed. The deposit is forfeited if the finance application is approved and the applicant elects not to proceed with the purchase within the agreed timeframe.
